We are planning to identify barriers to employment and develop solutions for  LGBTQ youth and families to job readiness workshops and give job leads. We also conduct needs assessments, assisting with developing individual employment plans. 

 We understand the challenges faced by homeless LGBTQ youth, and we strive to meet their basic needs. Through our Toiletry Kits program, we provide essential personal care items, such as hygiene products, to ensure their health and well-being. 

Wellness Kits: Mental and emotional well-being are crucial for LGBTQ youth. Our Wellness Kits program offers resources and tools to support their overall wellness, including self-care items, affirmations, and educational materials.

LGBTQ+ youth face disproportionate adversity. Parents and caregivers can make all the difference by engaging in supportive practices. Allies can make a huge impact in the lives of youth and young adults who are LGBTQ+ as advocates and in building resilience. We recognize the value of family acceptance and support for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults. Our organization offers guidance and resources to families, helping them navigate the journey of understanding and embracing their child's gender self.
